Clean Up Cincy is always in search of new members to join our Board of Directors leadership team! Members of our leadership team are responsible for attending mandatory weekly meetings and working flexibly to complete individual tasks. Review the positions and their responsibilities below!

Secretary (20 service hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Create weekly meeting slides and keep meeting minutes

  • Keep track of our Executive Team's co-op schedule, anticipated graduation dates, etc.

  • Aid in new member interviews and help with the on-boarding process

  • Maintain our club's email

  • Must be organized and have professional social skills

Director of Finance (25 service hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate budget of CUC finances for each semester

  • Prepare budget requests for event resources and other CUC purchases
  • Aid in the search/application of grants to obtain future funding for the organization
  • Must be good with numbers, Microsoft Excel, and organizational skills

Marketing Committee (10 service hours)

Responsibilities:

  • (2) representatives from each college: Business, Arts and Sciences, Engineering, CECH, Nursing, DAAP, Law, CCM, Blue Ash, Clermont.

  • Responsible for tabling and marketing within their respective college.

Director of Campus Connections-Organizations (25 service hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with on campus organizations to promote our events and form partnerships.

  • Work with our Campus Connection Greek Chair to organize groups

  • Be in constant contact with groups to build relationships

Director of Professional Relations (25 service hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Contacts all the 52 councils in Cincinnati and request beautification projects each semester

  • Attends council meetings when necessary

  • Coordinates projects between councils and project manager

  • Constantly looking for new locations and opportunities for events

  • This position will be training to take over once the current director graduates; need one semester of experience before full-time
